vb.org Archive - Who Can View My Profile?

I'm searching over a day in this forum for that particlar hack but unfortunately I can't find a single one.

I want that in my User Option (User Cp > Edit Options), there's a choice there of WHO CAN VIEW MY PROFILE? Specifically, I just want two options (these are checkboxes): 1. Use Default Permission 2. My Buddies. When someone would like to view my profile, then it will check first if it is allowed based on that options. If I only check My BUDDIES, then only my buddies can view my profile. If I check both then anyone can view based on the usergorup permission set in the Admin CP.

Please advice on how to do this. If this was already done, please post the link here.
