Not versed well enough in php to write it myself...
Can a MSN Messenger Hack be developed
top work as the ICQ,AIM,YAHOO Hacks?

What is there to hack?

MSN doesn't publicly allow web-integration like Yahoo, ICQ and AIM. Therefore all there would be is showing the number and you can do that with the Custom Profile Fields in vBulletin 2.0.

Until Microsoft makes their Web Integration Module public (it is available on Hotmail and in MSN now), then to release it would be violating their copyright.
