vbBux / vbPlaza v1.5.6 has been released!
 

Since an exploit was found to put HTML into the database, I have released v1.5.6 a little early. It has some useful features in it as well.

Below are the updates for v1.5.6:

1) Bugfix: Give Gifts Option Settings did not show the new setting for the Radio Button usage.
2) Bugfix: Fixed description for Thread Title Font Type.
3) Bugfix: MEMBERINFO Username HTML Markup check had a typo, it will now strip the HTML properly.
4) Bugfix: All Fields save properly when editing a user in the Admin CP. (A couple User Title settings did not update in the database.)
5) Bugfix: Some expirable items did not expire, they should expire properly now. (I think only items that do not expire now are Forum Access, Deny Forum Access, Give Forum Access, Give Gifts, Primary Usergroup & Awareness Ribbons.)
6) Bugfix: Send PM function updated a little, it should be fixed in the slight cases where it wasn't working.
7) Bugfix: Admin Donate, Donate, Give Gifts & Awareness Ribbons now strip HTML from them.
8) New Awareness Ribbons Setting: Users Can Buy The Same Ribbon Twice, will enable it so your users can buy/receive the same ribbon more than once.
9) New Awareness Ribbons Functionality: Can now send Ribbons privately.
10) Admin CP User Editor can now edit Username / User Title Font Type's.
11) Admin Donate can now donate Negative amounts to take points away from a user. It also logs in the history as negative points for the amount.
12) User Name & User Title changes show up on the Memberlist now.
13) New vbPlaza Setting: Display Expired Options Upon Expiration, is used to enable the Expired Options page. If disabled, it will expire the options without your user's knowing that one of their options had expired.
14) New vbBux Setting: Attachments Tax Percentage, set this to the amount that you want to tax all attachments by. (Assuming the user is charging points for the attachment.)
15) New Admin CP Feature: vbPlaza Ribbon Options -> Manage Ribbons for easy editing the ribbon names & causes.
16) New vbPlaza Setting: Arcade Play Confirmation Screen, just like the Download Confirmation screen, if enabled, this will display a confirmation Purchase screen when playing an arcade game that will cost your users points to play. (Works for ibProArcade & v3Arcade.)

Not sure if you'll see it in the big thread, but we would all LOVE if you would post the version number when a template gets changed...

can someobody answer the question if there are template changes or not?

from reading the main vbplaza thread with the instructions i would say if you are upgrading from 1.5.0 to 1.5.6 there are no template edits needed.

if you're changing from the last version, no. If there were it would be mentioned in the tidbits about the new version.

did you guys get this to work for 3.6? i cant get plaza lottery and all that stuff to work. or did i miss something?

i always get the error: The action you are trying to do is not found. only pages that work are the richest members, most sold and history. which are all on 0 since the purchase pages dont work.

the most sold page also states:
