Some help in finding this mod

I seen this mod were when you register and you put in ur usename it tells you is its taken or not, When you type ur pass word it tells you how stong it is and something with the email when you type it in.
(You must submit a valid email! All submissions will be verified. Syntax will be checked, the email server will be verified as well as the email account. If it is found to be a valid email it will be then be compared to existing accounts, as well as any banned emails).

Any one know of a mod like this?If so can you please direct me in the right way? Thanks
