htaccess breaking one of my blocks, seeking help
Hi, i am using a new htaccess file from a banbot script to help me stop rogue bots on my site. Anyway everything seems to be working ok except for one thing. In my vbulletinforum I have a sidebar which pulls a thumbnail from my photopost gallery. Now this does not work. I think it is mistaking the action of pulling the thumbnail image as leeching or something so blocks it? Here is the blocked code:

$postthumbnail = implode("", file("http://www.websitename.org/gallery/thumbincluder11.php")); I will now attach my htaccess minus general bad bot lists. Any idea what I can change to once again allow my thumbnail to show? I'm not too concerned with leeching really.. Code:
