Posts into Forms
 

Hi everyone!
I have been browsing through the 3.5 hacks and there is some amazing work there. I would like to request something kind of like the Forms hack by Abe1, but a little different....

I would like to be able to have posts that are essentially forms that a user can fill out and save. But here's the catch... I want a different user (or the same user) to be able to go to the form and have the information that the previous user inputted loaded into the form and able to be edited by the current viewer of the form, as a form.

I'm not sure if that made any sense, but I hope someone understands what I'm talking about.... For instance, say you have a forum for moderators that allows them to evaluate members - they could use something like this to have an evaluation system (with say, radio buttons or checkboxes) to rate various aspects of the user in question. Then another mod could go to the form and see what has been inputted and modify it if they feel differently....

If anyone could come up with something close to this, I would be very grateful.
