I'm planning to buy the board but I do have a question.

Is it possible to play flash format file (.swf) into the board?

Or do i have to download first this one https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=106239...

You'd have to add a BBCode or install an addon to play flash files in posts, it's generally not recommended to do so because flash can contain harmful code that could cause users for the site and users themself if used in an inappropriate way.
