hello
I will try to explain it easy

a product where musician coulp post their composition

the thread starter put a message where he make a summary , the audio file for the the backing track

member can download the file AND listen to the music 'in stream' and download the file if they are interested

when they have done their composition , they upload it with some text, user can put their commentary and listen to it in stream, after they vote.

it's a sort of 'battle'
