Animated Avatar Problems
 
Hey, hopefully someone can help me.

Some of the users have been complaining that their animated avatars are not moving? I checked the permissions and its set so they CAN upload animated avatars, Ive even checked their secondary usergroups. They showed me the original image which is moving, then when they upload it, its static. I'm not sure what's going on. I have an animated avatar, and so do a few other members, and they work just fine.

What could be the problem?

Maximum size is 2000000000 bytes

size of the avatar is 282618 bytes
