AdminCP code highlighter

Hiya, I'm beginnging to hack and slash some the default template, and eventually I will code my own designs into vbulletin skins, but I don't really like the vB templating engine, using dozens of input fields for all the small parts.
Are there mods available that ease the templating experience? I would really like to see a mod that highlights html/php code for example :)
