What Mod Is This?

The links towards the bottom of the forum saying sitemap. Is this a mod? Or is it part of VBSEO? Also, why would it help having it at the bottom of each page? I am currently running a mod_rewrite mod that changes dynamic pages into .html pages, and I also have a google sitemap generator running.

It is part of vbseo but you can also make it by editing footer template.
