How do i color the word Announcement

I tried to edit the $vbphrase[announcement] with this code

Code:

<span style="color: red"><strong>Announcement</strong></span>

but this is what i cam up with

The alt attribute of the img tag is broken by the phrase edit. Look for the following and either add your span tag there or set the alt to empty string:
