Can I put forum contents in non vB page???

I have a site and a forum.

Now i want post all the latest forum topics and threads.. in a fashion i have shown in the snap shot.

The latest forums topics, the sub forums, in columnar fashion as done in other posts here(but those were for only Vbulletin pages.)

different forums topic such as forum1 and forum2 are listed and at atleast upto 2 depth of sub forums should be shown.

hope you guys will help me out.
I know many of them are looking for this hack.

any leads/links to other threads will be welcomed!!
