how do i make an active X script so it says

and i'm pretty sure it won't finish up as active x but alot more people will be willing to help if it doesn't have to scroll...

Are you sure you don't want to just request it?

well it goes up and down when u scroll

not in vB java script, php and sql... as well as some ajax ;) it's kind of un help ful having them linked to another site and it does HAVE to up and down when you scroll?
