New User CP category

This shouldn't be too hard. How do you make a new category for the user CP? Like you have your Edit Profile, Edit Signature, etc. I want a new category for a group of new profile fields. How would I go about doing this?

Edit: Or even if I could just get another block of information on the Edit Profile page, that would work.
