Warning System hack/mod
 

I first saw it used several years ago, but I wasn't an Admin at the time so I have no idea what the name of the hack is. What it does is it's a warning system for mods/Admins to use to enforce rules which will auto ban a user for a certain amount of time when a certain number of points have been reached.

I'd like to install it on my current forum, but I can't find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
