I do have a copy of this, yes. I haven't used it actively yet but I do intend to in the future. The site that will be using it is currently under construction. ;)

Follow that link and post specific questions about the banner program on their forums. Sam can explain everything since he wrote it. It does show the "Advertise here" link and I believe it links to wherever you want it to.
