Phrase forum description

Hi,

I have been looking unsucessfully for a hack.
How do I have to do when I want to have
- forum title
- forum description
phrased to get a real bilingual forum?

Just putting a phrase into the textareas doesn't work.

Manchmal ist es eben schwer, die richtigen Suchausdr?cke zu verwenden ;) !
