Change "User CP" to "My Profile" or "My Account"
 

hi,

Is there a way to change "User CP" in the nav bar to say something else like "My profile" or "My Account?" Users seem to have a hard time finding where to make changes to their setings and profiles.

Locate the phrase user_cp and edit the translation to whatever you want to call it.

To find the phrase go to Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases

Type in the box user_cp, and check the variable name box.

Click edit against the correct phrase, then copy default translation. Then edit it to whatever you want and hit save,

Thank you! I read the manual and looked at the phrases, but was unsure of exactly what it would change.
