Limiting sizes of signature images - can I use profile pictures?
 

I've got a bit of a problem with users posting huge images in their signatures. Both in terms of dimensions and file size. Is there anyway that I can restrict the size of images added to signatures?

I may be trying to over-engineer this, but it occurred to me that maybe I could use the profile pictures function as that does allow you to restrict file size and dimensions. Is there a way that I can get vB to automatically add an individual's profile picture to the bottom of their posts?

I'll look into this real quick for you. I'm not sure if profile pictures are in scope in the postbit or would need to be pulled in via a plugin.

Ok. Preliminary investigation shows that profile pictures are not available by default in the postbit. If you want them to show up there, you could post a request in the modification requests forum. :)
