Post .gif problem.
 

Trying to figure this out but having no luck at all, what I'm trying to do is get my New Posts Icon from blinking. I need it to stay solid, could someone please explain how this is done?

what I did do is create (photochop) a new forum_new.gif Icon and uploaded to my server figuring that would do it but I was wrong! The Forum Contains New Posts icon at the bottom went solid but the new post icon with in the forum itself still continues to blink with new post... any ideas would be surely appreciated! thanks in advance!

(PS) The forum style that I'm using is called Darkness and this is the directory in which I uploaded my .gif file to. --->/statusicon

Can we have a link to your site? If you uploaded the image over the original (forum_new forum_new_locked) then you shouldn't have an issue

Thanks for the reply! problem solved! I did figure out we're I when wrong, the forum_new.gif that I thought was solid before uploading was actually still animated. I blame that on the program that I was using at the time. I used the IconForge7 program this time. it worked like a charm, problem solved.
