[How Do I]Collapse footer blocks

hello first question from me...
i have install several hack that add a block at the end of my forums.
How can i make this blocks start collapsed (CLOSED) and user Uncollapsed (OPEN)the blocks..

its 5-6 blocks and 3 of them its open by befault HOW CAN I MAKE IT CLOSED BY DEFAULT..
