Text in posts with KEYWORD converted to a link?

I have seen this on some sites and wonder if this is an existing script or hack.

Poster types a post with "bananas" in it. The word "bananas" is converted to a link that i have specified "http://www.aaabananas.com"

Is there an add on that does this ?
