I'd like to give member the option to create some sort of Favorites menu (like an internet browser) in the navbar where the member can add links through his / her usercp ..

Is something like this already out there ?

You could do this in a VERY VERY round about way. Make a forum that has post counts off, possibly not viewable in the forum listing. Then let each user make one thread, in this thread they can make a post with a link it then add that post to their favorites.

Thats the closest thing I could find and probably isn't good enough, but something is better than nothing.
