Collapsing table script?

Hi there,
I'm looking for a script that would allow me to create an empty collapsing table and add it to my forum. All I need is just the empty table with nothing indside. I want to be able to add my own stuff there and give users the option to either collapse the table or leave it like it is.
Is it even possible to do?

Its possible. This is what I use on my forumhome template to get the desired effect you are seeking:
