could anyone explain my server and how to add to it?
 

Alot of hacks i attempt to use say alot about the server in the instructions manual (i have NO aidea when it comes to my server, i just simply copy and paste codes where they say to do it on my vb templates) can someone explain how to add to the server etc. and what files mean what! :(

Can you give an example hack so we can see what server info it's asking for?

I too was curious after reading that which modifications need you to change your server settings. I am thinking you may be asking about server paths perhaps? Or maybe those mods that state your server needs to be running "this", "this", and "this"?

If you are trying tom see the environment you are working in, you should log into your acp and scroll to the bottom of the left navigation. Under "Maintenance" click "View PHP Info".

From there you should be able to see your PHP version, Apache Version, If you have the GD library installed, if Curl is installed, etc.
