Modification of the Month changes

During a lot of discussions in the past, users mentioned, that the Mod of the Month contest shouldn't be automatic anymore, but be based on nominations.

Starting with June 1st, we have changed that system now, to bring that into account.
On every Modification released you will now find a link, to nominated a Modification for next months Mod of the Month Poll. You can nominate EVERY Modification, no matter when it was released or by which user. You can also nominate your own mods, if you want to.

each 1 day of a month, a new poll will be set up, containing the Top 5 Nominated Modifications to vote for.

Just a two things to notice:
- You can nominate once per month, so think wisely
- You can nominate own mods, but those nominations count just half as much as nomination of foreign mods.

Due to this and other reasons, the Mod of the Month Contest for May has been removed, so it's time to Nominate for Mod of the Month June!

That is really cool.

After months and months of not posting any mod on this site I did today and noticed the link.

Good luck everybody and I hope that people get a chance to become a great coder for the vBulletin community by submitting their free resources. It brings innovating ideas forward and give the developers and the community behind vBulletin a new view on things sometimes. But as small or big the 'hack', I am sure it can just be what a user is looking for. So keep them posted and if I like I will click the nomination button.

I just hope threads won't get filled with "Click install , click donate and click nominate .. if you like this". Because this already speaks for itself.
