migration issues

i need to know how to migrate my php.nuke forum to my vb forum to keep my members from having to copy and paste their material.. is there a way to do that short of hard coding my dbase?

You should be able to do this using IMPEX which available free from your members area as part of your licence.

The only thing that may be lost is passwords, but instructions on what to do sent via bulk email, plus an announcement on your forums will rectify that problem.
