Any hack/mod there whcih will force users to post creatin amount of posts daily or weekly to access a specific forum?

There is a mod which restricts on post count, but it wont restrict again once the required posts have been made. Members just make those required posts once and then never do posts again.

I want a mod by which i can force members to post atleast some replies/threads PER day or PER WEEK .. to gain access to a special section at my forum.
