Please Help! Need some help getting a few things to work.
 
I'm new to vBulletin, and there are just a few things I'm having trouble with.

1) I'd like to make is so that after someone adds a reply to a thread, they are redirected to the forum they are in as opposed to sending them back to the thread they just replied to.

2) I want to have a custom profile field that acts as a link when someone enteres a URL into it. I have no idea how to do that.

3) How do I get rid of the "thread views" column for all forums?

If you could dumb it down for me as best as possible, I'd really be grateful as I'm not as technically savy as most of you. I need things sort of spelled out for me.

Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.
