private msgs just for admin

hi all,,,

can any body tell me how can I allow the private msgs JUST To/From Admins & S.Modrtr. ??? and vice-versa (( from Admins & S.Modrtr to users )) ???

you can enable/disable private messages access in usergroups.

i want USER to send it JUST to admins !!!!
