How to restrict RSS feed to registered members?
 
Good morning all,

I have set up my forum to generate an RSS feed, but I don't want just anyone to see it. Is there a way to restrict the feed to be accessible only by registered members of the forum?

On a related note, a number of request have come in for forum-level subscription that would send individual instant emails to users whenever a new thread is created or a post made to a thread that the user is not necessarily subscribed to.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

you may have to make this forum private and setup usergroup permissions to allow specific members of that usergroup to access the same..
