estore the same?
 
is vbplaza an updated version of the estore or are they diff hacks completely?

It is an updated version of eBux / eStore.

Someone who trademarked the named eBux complained about it saying that eBux was getting more name recognition than their crappy site that had been using "ebux" for over a year.

So I just changed the name entirely so they would shuddap basically :)

hahaha, nice man. So is it easy to update my version from the estore version i currently run?

It should be streamlessly updated.

The installer for vbBux / vbPlaza checks if you had eBux / eStore installed, and auto converts the tables/fields for u, as well as modifies the eBux / eStore settings so that when u uninstall eBux / eStore, u wont lose any settings.

But BE SURE to install vbBux / vbPlaza BEFORE uninstalling eBux / eStore and u should be fine.
