User Name Concept
 

Hi,
we are Using the forum as an addition to a company site.
our users already have a user name and a password they use to get into the system.

in the forum I want them to see only the real name and not the login username (which is just numbers and letters), in fact I don't want the forum to display the username at all (only administrators can see it).

what we did so far:
we inserted all username+passwords to the users table and updated the custom user field table to have a real name field we want to display for each user.

what do we do next?
