Only admins see the store menu items

I never heard about this till today from someone but the regular usergroup cant see the store functions ( only the 4 bank functions on the navbar ,no store functions), only admins can see them . Also after looking at the screenshots , some of the menus arent there in our admin control panel . Just the basic settings for Store and points . It looks like the general settings for each action arent there . Same thing with the menu to allow different user groups to use it. Any ideas why those settings wouldnt be there ?
