Clear looking ForumHome Set up

Hi Guys

How do you set up the forum home like this, is there a special hack for it?

Really looks good, removal of last post, posts and replies columns.
+ addition of sub-forums in column hack from Xenon..

lot of template work required for forumhome but acheivable :-)
