Allow usergroups to view disabled board
 
Hack name: Allow usergroups to view disabled board
Version: 1.0.0
Author: Mephisteus (DarkSSJ3)

Steps:
1 file edit
1 product import

Info:
Allow members of specified usergroups (and administrators) to view the board while its disabled (AKA, bypass the disabled screen).

Tested on:
3.5.0 - OK
3.5.3 - OK
3.5.4 - OK
Note: This should work on every 3.5.x due to the nature of the file edit.

Features
- Administrators can always view the board, also if they are not in a specified usergroup
- Specify multiple usergroups
- Works on both primary and additional usergroups
- Members of specified usergroups also receive the warning you do

Thanks for this ... however, something went wrong and even guests could see the "board offline" message at the top and still access the forums.

Could it be because I am still on 3.5.0 and using php5?
