Can I add custom fields on a new thread postings? I know I can add custom fields to user profiles or calendar events, but I didn't find anything for post properties.

Take a look at ANY thread there. Each one has the following specific custom properties:
vB Version
Release
Last Update
Mod Version
Installs
Rating

How is this implemented? Is there a module I can use?
