There is a hack which intrigrates Cafe Press (a store system which allows you to create your own logos and put them on different items) with vBulletin, you will need a Cafe Press account in order to use it:

Im woking on a online store that will work on usergroups.
So you will be able to sell yearly subs to those that want to sell items.
There is no fee to the ones that want to buy the items an less you want to charge the members like a £0.50 fee to buy items.
I will have some screen shots of this store in the next few days
