adding users that fit a criteria to a usergroup

I am running Vbulletin 3.5 and I would like to add all users that fit a certain criteria to a usergroup. For example I have created a custom field for male and female, so I would like to add all of the females to the female group. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks.
