Upcoming events in specific forum

I am trying to display the "Upcoming events for the next X days" on a specific forum page. Unfortunately, I can't get $upcomingevents to display anything.

I have copied the appropriate code from FORUMHOME to FORUMDISPLAY and I copied the "Today's Events" section from index.php to forumdisplay.php. However it still doesn't give me the events. :confused:

Any ideas?
