[NO BUG] Changing thread title on vb.org problem
 
Hi admins,

After you upgraded vb.org forums to 3.5.x I have problems with older threads... I can't change thread title. Previously this was not problem and also I have no problems now when changing titles of newer threads.

I like to include hack version info in thread title and need to change it when upgrading my hacks. Please try to fix this.

that's default in vb, to allow thread title editing for just a fixed time.

Modification versions should not be within the threadtitle, just in the version field as i mentioned again when the topic was exactly the same :)

I changed hack name in last version. It's not "Access Permissions....." anymore.
