Strange Probklem

I have a weird problem, I have put google adsense into my header and it works great but it wont show in some forums but will in others?

If you go to my site and go through the different forums you will see what i mean, It wont show in the first one (west street) and will in the second one.

Then i get a big massive single banner advertising something instead of the text links for a while and then nothing.

Has anyone come across this before its doing my head in.
