HTTP 406 Error: An appropriate representation of the requested resource...
 
Within the last month, I have started to get the following error at my forum:

Quote:
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /newreply.php could not be found on this server.

Apache/1.3.34 Server at uselessforums.com Port 80
From some quick google searches, it appears to be related to some hack. Now, I have no idea which one it is, as the problem doesn't happen regularly enough to dis/enable certain hacks while its happening.

What I do know is that it has started in the last month and this is one of the few hacks I regularly update, so has anyone else had this problem?

Any ideas what it is?

mod_security rules are in effect.

wow. turning it off is really the only way to "fix" it?

Or get your hodst to modify the rules. I wouldn't recomend turning it off if there was another easy way.
