If I want the member to have ability to send/receive PM from/to Admin and moderator only (not allow to send /receive from member) is there any hack for this change ?

You can use this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...t=selective+pm

And alter which usergroup it restricts - on my board I altered it so it placed this restriction for people I have suspended.

and is it possilbe to give this to more than one group

I found the code put I need one to change it to support more than one group
I am poor in PHP
