Please help! How to setup vbulletin to get newsgroup posts
 
Hey
I have been trying to setup vbulletin to get newsgroup posts and include them on my forum, can someone please help me find out how to do it?

I know I need to pay for a newsgroup account, who should I go with?
When I get the newsgroup account do I just install the vbulletin hack and enter my details and the newgroup details?
Will this use a lot of bandwidth on my hosting to get it setup while it is getting the latest posts?

I would REALLY appreciate any help.
