Doll profiles at user profile?

I'm the admin of a japanese dolls forums and I'm doing modifications to the forum these days. I found really cool mods here ^^.
I was wondering if this exist or I should ask someone to make it for me (paying).
I see some of you have cars forums and things like this, so maybe some of you use what I'm searching...

?It's possible to have a button with every doll face linked to their doll profile?

I will try to explain...
I have eight dolls, and I would like to put a table in the profile with all their doll icons and when I click one of their icons their doll profile opens with a big picture of the doll and all the details (doll type, when I bought her, etc).

This image it's done with photoshop ^^UUU.

Doll icons and under this some basic information about them (name, model and branch).

I supose user control panel should have a new option that allows him to upload their doll profiles, icons and all.

I'm asking a lot, right? ^^UU

But it's not what I'm asking for (I will install the last photo uploads, it's interesting XD).

What I want it's different but I can't found and example of this and I'm not sure how I should explain this in english...

It should be something that allows a user to upload their dolls profiles with a single picture (and avatar maybe?) and this avatars should be visible in their user profile linked to their dolls profile.
