trace original ip when members r using 'hide ip' software
 
I was searching thru the hacks and cudnt find one similar or may be there isnt any such hack..

I banned one of the members in my forum..I banned both his ip and username ....but he uses some 'hide ip' software and comes back with a different ip and username...
is there any way I can trace the original ip...in other words, disable members from using 'hide ip' softwares...
