Fireball style help

Hi folks -
The Fireball style seems to have a couple of issues, and it appears the original author is unavailable:

It looks like the forward.gif is missing, and the threadclosed.gif doesn't match the rest of the buttons.

Is there anyone available who might be able to make the needed modifications?
