Any mod for this?

Is there a mod that will allow you to automatically subscribe members to specific forums based on their usergoups? Example, I have a forum that is strictly for the ladies, and based on sex in their profile they are automatically added to a specific usergroup I made for the ladies, but what I also want to do is to automatically subscribe them to the ladies forums so they will get an email notification whenever someone posts in there.
